DUNS Request Assistance

As of October 1st , 2020 the Food and Drug Administration is requiring everyone to obtain a Unique Facilty Idenficication Number (UFI) the only accepted UFI that allowed is a DUNS number.

The DUNS Number  (Data Universal Numbering System) is a 9-digit number provided by Dun and Bradstreet. This DUNS number is used to identify each physical address a company has.

This DUNS number does not replace your FDA Registration number it is put in place to identify that your facility that manufacters, packs, stores and labels food is legitimate. All facilties will be required to have a DUNS number before December 31, 2021. If you do not obtain a DUNS number your FDA Food Facility Registration will be subject to cancellation.
